Alan K. Mills is a trusted adviser, skilled advocate, and accomplished litigator with decades of experience representing businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in complex legal matters. A former chair of Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Special Servicer Team and Finance, Insolvency, and Restructuring practice, Alan specialized in commercial real estate transactions, bankruptcy, and litigation involving fraud, breach of contract, RICO, and more. Notably, he served as financial institutions counsel to the government of Mexico and as outside general counsel for diverse organizations.
