TheAmerican Wild Horse Conservation (formerly American Wild Horse Campaign)and a private citizen in Palomino Valley have filed a lawsuit against the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe and theNevada Department of Agriculture. The lawsuit aims to stop the transport of wild horses that were removed from the range during a recent roundup.
