Wild horse advocates have accused Utah’s governor of using wild horses as a scapegoat for range damage caused by privatelivestock.
The American Wild Horse Conservation (formerly American Wild Horse Preservation Campaign), its parent organization Return to Freedom, and its coalition partner The Cloud Foundation have written to Governor Gary Herbert over comments attributed to him late last month regarding wild horse management.
